Single-Game Day Parking

How to Park on Our Grounds Game by Game
Below are the logistics for day parking on our grounds.

  1. Hours
    • Day parking opens four (4) hours before kickoff.
    • All vehicles must leave within two (2) hours after the game ends.
  2. Availability
    • No advance reservations are permitted in our day parking lots.
    • Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis to passenger vehicles and light-duty trucks.
    • Spots are sold and allocated only to vehicles on the premises and cannot be purchased in bulk for additional vehicles in your party which may arrive later (so plan to arrive together in a caravan).
    • No trailers, nor buses, nor large recreational vehicles (RVs) are permitted on our grounds.
  3. Cost & Payment (as of 2021)
    • $25 per parking spot.
    • Contactless, online payments only via QR codes scanned into your smart phone (no apps required).
    • We accept credit cards, debit cars, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (via Square) and PayPal.
  4. Day Pass
    • Upon successful payment, our on-site parent volunteers will provide a one-time, one-day, parking day pass to leave in a location visible through your windshield.

Full Season Pass Parking

How to Park on Our Grounds All Season
Below are the logistics for season pass parking on our grounds.

  1. Hours
    • Season pass parking opens four (4) hours before kickoff (and occasionally earlier on specific game days as a courtesy to our season pass holders).
    • All vehicles must leave within two (2) hours after the game ends.
  2. Availability
    • Full season passes must be purchased in advance.
    • Pass holding patrons from the prior season hold priority placement reservations to renew for the upcoming season.
    • If/when spots get released by non-renewals, they become available to our waiting list.
    • No trailers, nor buses, nor large recreational vehicles (RVs) are permitted on our grounds.
  3. Cost & Payment (as of 2021)
    • $154 per parking spot.
    • Pay online via our website (described below).
    • We accept credit cards and debit cards (via Square) and we neither collect, nor store, any payment card information within our system (as only Square sees and processes it).
  4. Season Dash Pass
    • Upon successful payment, a full season parking dash pass becomes downloadable and printable, on demand, from your patron profile page on our website.

Steps to a Season Pass Patron
Below is a summary of the process for procuring a season pass and arriving on game day as a Carolyn Beatrice Parker PTA Football Parking patron.

  1. Review the parking spot map.
    • New patrons should be looking for available spot(s), which will appear green on the map.
    • Existing patrons should be looking for the spot(s) previously registered to you, which will appear blue on the map (once you are logged into your account).
    • All other occupied spots (i.e., those neither available, nor registered and assigned to you) will appear red on the map.
  2. Reserve your spot(s).
    • New patrons will be reserving an available spot(s).
    • Existing patrons will be renewing the reservation for their previously registered spot(s).
  3. When all spot(s) are occupied, or your preferred spot(s) are not available, you may join the wait list for the spot(s).
    • Wait lists are in a first-come, first-served priority order.
  4. Pay for reserved spot(s) through our secure pass through portal to Square.
  5. Once your payment is completed and processed…
    • Your reserved spot(s) will become registered spot(s) assigned to you for the upcoming football season and will switch to blue on the map.
    • You can download a PDF and print a season parking dash pass for your spot(s).
  6. When arriving on game day…
    • Review the parking rules and game day resources.
    • Use the access gate closest to your parking spot(s).
    • Be sure to have your printed season parking dash pass(es) displayed on your dashboard upon arrival.
